We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violating these Terms.

Job Seekers

Job seekers may use the Platform to search for jobs, submit applications, upload resumes, and receive job alerts.

You acknowledge that:

• - We do not guarantee job placement or interview offers.

• - Employers are solely responsible for the content of job postings and hiring decisions.

• - Making your resume public may allow employers to contact you directly.

Employers & Recruiters

Employers may use the Platform to post jobs, search resumes, and manage applications. By posting a job, you represent that:

• - The posting is for a real, available position;

• - You have the legal right to hire and process applicant information;

Payments & Subscriptions

Some services (e.g., sponsored job ads, resume database access) require payment.

a. Billing

You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

b. Renewals

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle.

c. Cancellations

You may cancel paid services through your account settings or by contacting support.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Cryptojobs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content without permission, except where explicitly allowed.

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cryptojobs shall not be liable for any:

• - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

• - Loss of profits, data, or goodwill,

• - Damages exceeding the amount paid by you (if any) in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cryptojobs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

Termination
