Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. This must include:

• - A description of the content that was removed.

• - The URL of the material before it was removed.

• - Your name, address, phone number, and email.

• - A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the content unless the original claimant files a court action within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Cryptojobs has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
