This Trademark Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of trademarks, logos, service marks, and other brand identifiers (“Trademarks”) associated with Cryptojobs (the “Site”) and third parties. This Policy ensures proper usage, protects intellectual property, and provides clear guidance to users, partners, and employees.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Policy is to:
1.1 Protect the reputation, goodwill, and integrity of Cryptojobs and its Trademarks.
1.2 Ensure third-party trademarks are used lawfully and accurately.

2. Scope

3. Definitions

Our Marks: Trademarks owned or licensed by Cryptojobs.
Third-Party Marks: Trademarks owned by entities other than Cryptojobs.
Authorized Use: Use of a Trademark explicitly permitted in writing or through this Policy.
Fair Use: Reference to a Trademark for commentary, educational purposes, or factual reporting, without suggesting endorsement or partnership.
4. Use of Cryptojobs Trademarks
4.1 Permitted Uses
Linking to the Site or referencing Cryptojobs in factual content, articles, or reviews.
Displaying logos in badges, widgets, or co-branded campaigns with prior written approval.
Using word marks in text, emails, or press releases to identify Cryptojobs.
4.2 Requirements
Use the official logo or word mark without modification (see Section 15).
Include the appropriate trademark symbol (™ or ®) where applicable.
Do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership without written authorization.
Logos must maintain minimum clear space around them; do not distort, recolor, or animate.
4.3 Prohibited Uses
Using our Trademarks in domain names, URLs, social media handles, or paid advertising without permission.
Using marks as primary branding for third-party services.
Placing logos or marks in a misleading or inappropriate context.
5. Use of Third-Party Trademarks
5.1 Permitted Uses
Factual or nominative reference (e.g., “Jobs originally posted on Indeed”).
Reviews, comparisons, or educational content under fair use principles.
Integrations or partnerships when authorized by the mark owner.
5.2 Requirements
Display accurate and current logos/word marks.
Use trademark symbols (™ or ®) where applicable.
Clearly separate third-party marks from your own branding.
5.3 Prohibited Uses
Suggesting false sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.
Displaying competitor logos more prominently than your own branding.
Using marks in advertising or SEO practices that mislead users.
6. User-Generated Content
Users may reference companies’ names and logos for legitimate purposes such as job postings, company profiles, or recruitment content.
Logos must be accurate, current, and properly attributed.
Misuse, such as posting counterfeit logos, misleading claims, or false endorsements, is prohibited.
We reserve the right to remove content violating this Policy.
7. Advertising, Marketing, and SEO
Trademarks cannot be used in paid search advertising in a misleading way.
Sponsored content or affiliate promotions must disclose the relationship.
Keyword-stuffing or other SEO practices using third-party marks to drive traffic to your site are prohibited.
8. Global Considerations
Users must comply with trademark laws in their jurisdiction.
Some third-party marks have region-specific restrictions; verify local rights.
Cryptojobs may enforce this Policy globally, including removing content or restricting access.
9. Approval Process for Trademark Use

Step 3: Compliance
Approved uses must follow branding guidelines (size, color, spacing, symbol usage).
Unauthorized use may result in removal or account suspension.
10. Visual Guidelines (Do’s & Don’ts)
Do:
Use official logos without modification.
Maintain minimum clear space around the logo.
Include proper trademark symbols.
Display marks subordinate to your own branding when co-branded.
Don’t:
Stretch, recolor, or distort logos.
Use logos in misleading or inappropriate contexts.
Combine competitor marks with your own branding in ways that suggest endorsement.
11. Enforcement & Escalation
11.1 Enforcement Actions:
Withdraw permission for trademark use.
Remove or disable infringing content.
Suspend or terminate user accounts for repeated or serious violations.
11.2 Escalation Matrix:
a. Initial Violation: Warning + request to remove/modify content.
b. Second Violation: Suspension of account or content.
c. Third Violation or Severe Misuse: Termination of account + potential legal action.
